The range of systems available is mind boggling. To ensure that you have a system tailor made for
your particular circumstances we will send a surveyor to complete a full site survey and produce a
detailed quotation with no hidden extra costs.
Something for Nothing?
The modern A/C Heat Pump systems can typically produce 3 – 4 kW of heating/cooling for every 1
kW of electricity used which allows buildings to be heated and cooled very cost-effectively.
Couple this with the government’s Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme which provides
upfront tax relief for companies investing in the latest (government approved) energy saving
equipment and you have a winning, money saving solution.
Split air conditioning
The basic form of installed air conditioning, 'split' systems are so called because they
comprise an indoor unit (mounted on a wall, ceiling or floor) which is connected to an
outdoor unit via insulated copper pipes. The indoor units uses recirculated air from
the room to cool and heat the space as required.
Multi-split air conditioning
Operating in the same way as the 'split' system, the 'Multi-split' system enables
a number of indoor units to be individually controlled from a single outdoor
condenser.
'Multi-split' systems offer an ideal way to treat a number of areas whilst
minimizing the space required for outdoor units.
VRF Systems
Variable Refrigerant Flow systems are the most modern and sophisticated development of the 'split' systems.
Many indoor units can be connected to a single large outdoor condenser. The outdoor condenser is constructed to respond proportionately to the number of indoor units operating, each being controlled for heat or cool.
Heat can be recovered from areas of high heat gain (server rooms etc) and reused in other areas as required.
